Sponsored by the Al-Quds Fund and Endowment, the Jabal Al Mukaber Club has signed a historic twinning agreement with the Tunisian Club Africain

This momentous event took place in the capital city of Tunis and was attended by esteemed Palestinian and Tunisian legal and official figures. Under the auspices of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment, the signing ceremony was a testament to the deep-rooted solidarity and brotherhood between the Palestinian and Tunisian peoples.

Dignitaries present at the ceremony included the Palestinian Ambassador to Tunisia, Hayel Al-Fahoum, the President of the African Club, Youssef Al-Alami, and a delegation from the Jabal Al-Mukaber Club led by Secretary Abdullah Al-Sarkhi and Vice-President Ali Owaisat. Also in attendance were members of the Board of Directors Muhammad Ali Surri and Ismail Sorour, as well as the President of the Jerusalem Clubs Association, Ahmed Srour, and Nasser Al-Tutanji, representing the Al-Quds Fund and Endowment.
 
Throughout the ceremony, various speeches highlighted the historical significance of this agreement, emphasising the Tunisian leadership and people's traditional role in supporting the resilience of Palestinians and addressing the needs of Jerusalemites in the occupied capital. The agreement also aims to uplift Palestinian youth and advance their aspirations. As part of the agreement, preparations are underway for a momentous friendly match between the two clubs on Tunisian soil, with a large audience expected to attend. This match will serve as a powerful message of solidarity with the Palestinian people and their just cause.
 
The twinning agreement was made possible through the initiative and generous sponsorship of the Al-Quds Endowment Fund. The signing ceremony garnered significant public presence and received widespread attention from the Tunisian media, further strengthening the already strong brotherly relations between the Tunisian and Palestinian populations.
